We participated as observers in a mock lesson session of the University of Tokyo Future Faculty Program (UTokyo FFP), led by Professor Kayoko Kurita.
In this session, participants were divided into small groups and conducted six-minute mini-lessons (microteaching). These lessons were followed by facilitated discussions, led by program alumni serving as supporters, in which participants reflected on the strengths of each mini-lesson and offered constructive feedback on areas for improvement.
