On April 2, an online training session titled “Introduction to TA (Science and Engineering fields)” was conducted. Thirty-nine students from Institute of Science Tokyo participated, including those from undergraduate through doctoral programs in Science and Engineering fields.
This workshop was designed for students preparing to begin their work as a teaching assistant (TA). The session consisted of a lecture introducing the basic responsibilities and expectations of TA work, followed by a group discussion where participants explored possible issues that may arise in TA duties and considered potential solutions.
